How many pieces of luggage can I bring?

Each guest is allowed 1 standard suitcase + 1 carry-on.
To ensure proper vehicle assignment, especially for groups of 2 or 7/8 guests, clients are required to provide the exact number of luggage items they will be traveling with, specifying both large (e.g., suitcases) and small (e.g., carry-ons or backpacks) pieces.

Where and how will I find the driver?

Your driver will be waiting for you at the confirmed pickup location, holding a sign with your name written on it.
For Train Station Arrivals:
Florence (Santa Maria Novella): Inside the station, next to Platform 10, near the Pharmacy.
Rome Termini: Inside the station, next to Platform 1, near the Pharmacy.
Napoli Centrale: Inside the station, next to Platform 24, near the fountain.
Venice (Santa Lucia): At the end of your specific train arrival platform.

For Airport Arrivals: The driver will be waiting inside the airport, in the Arrivals Hall located just outside the baggage claim area. Once you have collected your luggage, please exit the baggage claim area to meet your driver.

Rome Fiumicino (FCO) Airport: Outside the baggage claim area, at Meeting Point 1, located inside Terminal 3 Arrivals Hall.


For Hotel/Accommodation Pick-Up: The driver will meet you in your hotel lobby at the designated time. If a location is not accessible by vehicle, an alternative pick up location will be indicated accordingly.

 

I am trying to enter the address on the initial Transfers page in the “From” or “To” fields, but I keep receiving a “not found” message. As a result, the system will not allow me to proceed with the reservation. Are you able to assist me, please?

On the initial Transfers page, when filling in the "From" and "To" locations, please select more general information such as pick up "Sorrento City” and drop off "Naples Airport”. Moving forward with the reservation the system will ask for the exact addresses when applicable.

What if my flight/train/ship/ferry is delayed?

Flights:
1 hour of complimentary waiting time is included from the time selected in the booking form. 
In the event that no pick-up time is specified, the Company reserves the right to determine the pick-up time based on the scheduled arrival time of the flight.
After the first hour, additional waiting time will be charged at a rate of 65€ per hour or fraction thereof for a sedan and 80€ per hour or fraction thereof for a minivan.
Delays exceeding 1 hour may result in the cancellation of the service and no refund will be issued.

Trains:
30 minutes of complimentary waiting time is included from the time selected in the booking form. 
In the event that no pick-up time is specified, the Company reserves the right to determine the pick-up time based on the scheduled arrival time of the train.
After the 30 minutes, additional waiting time will be charged at a rate of 65€ per hour or fraction thereof for a sedan and 80€ per hour or fraction thereof for a minivan.
Delays exceeding 30 minutes may result in the cancellation of the service and no refund will be issued.

Please note: Clients must promptly inform the company of schedule changes or delays.
No prior notice will be given before charging the additional fee. The credit card provided at the time of booking will be automatically charged. In the event of a significant delay or cancellation of a flight or train, the client must inform the company as soon as possible. 

If Joe Banana Limos & Travel is unable to reschedule the service, we reserve the right to cancel it if the delay exceeds the complimentary waiting time. The company is committed to flexibility and will always strive to accommodate clients’ needs. However, if the service is operated by one of our partners and incurs additional costs, late arrival fees cannot be waived.

 

Can I leave my luggage in the trunk of the vehicle during the stops?

Yes, of course! You may leave your luggage inside the vehicle during your stops, it will remain securely locked at all times.

Can I add a stop along the way during my transfer service?

Yes, we invite you to add stops en route and we have a number of options to choose from. After selecting the vehicle of preference for your transfer service, you can then customize the transfer by selecting one of the stops specifically available to your service.
